Frequently asked questions
Do I need a permit?
On your own property (driveway, yard), no permit is required. For public space (street, sidewalk), the permit is your responsibility with your municipality — we can advise.
Will it damage my driveway?
No. We always place plywood under the container to protect your pavers, asphalt or concrete.
What's the delivery timeline?
Usually next day, between 6 AM and 6 PM, in a driveway. On the street, allow for your borough's permit lead time (2–10 business days).
What if I exceed the included weight?
We send you a photo and the weigh ticket BEFORE charging any overage ($149/tonne). Never a silent charge.
Can I extend the rental?
Yes, in one tap from the tracking page or by scanning the bin. $14/extra day, charged to your saved card with confirmation.
Restricted access (alley, backyard)?
We handle alleys and tight access. Let us know at booking so we send the right truck.
What about winter?
Year-round service. December to March, we grant extra days and adapt delivery to conditions.
